Nasi Lemak

Due to my recent cravings for a coconut based rice, I thought it would be nice to make nasi lemak ( a Malaysian favorite). It can be eaten anytime of the day.  Its cooked with coconut milk, ginger garlic paste, screwpine leave and salt.  Served with chicken rendang, anchovies sambal and of course not to forget the boiled egg and cucumber.
