Kicap chicken


Chicken cut up into small pieces
Ginger cut into tiny strip
Jalapeno seeded and cut into half ( I used about 4)
2 whole yellow onions ( cut into rounds)
Light soy sauce
Dark soy sauce
Sweet soy sauce
Vinegar, sugar

Marinate chicken with little yellow powder and salt and fry slighty. Do not over fry.

Saute ginger, onion, jalapeno in pan.  Once onion is slight brown, add the vinegar and all the sauce. Let boil a little and put in the chicken.  Adjust seasoning. Cook till chicken is done.
