Pasta Salad

This is such a refreshing salad.  I just love the color of the pasta with all the fresh vegetables.  Its tastes even better straight out of the fridge.

1 bag of  Rotini spiral tri-colored pasta
1 green bell pepper
1 red bell pepper
1 tomato
1 red onion (optional)
1/2 cup of brocolli, cut and cook in hot water for 2 minute1 small can olives, drained
1/4 cup of cubed pepperoni or salami or ham
1 block fresh mozarella chesse, cubed
1/2-3/4 bottle of Krafts Italian dressing
2 tbsp Kraft Salad Seasoning, optional

  • Cook the pasta as per the directon at the back of the box. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, put in the diced bell peppers, onion and tomato. Add the olives, meat and cheese.  Mix them   together with the pasta and keep it in the refrigerator. 
  • Add the dressing and seasoning just before serving. 
  • Serve cold.
