Lamb Rendang

Since my relatives were here today, I just wanted to try something different by making a rendang with lamb.  Rendang is spiced with lemongrass, dried chili, galangal, most importantly coconut milk.  I also used kerisik ( coconut pan fried till golden brown and then pounded till it looks like a paste) added just couple of minutes before cooking is done.   2. I think it would taste better with if could combine lamb with ketupat or lemang or just plain rice! Feeling hungry already.....
