Pandan Chiffon Cake


I was wondering what I could make before the kids got home from school and came up with this beautiful spongy cake with the wonderful aroma of pandan....Well, I actually made this cake from scratch and followed the recipe from Diana's Dessert when I realised that i had actually used bread flour instead of regular flour. I was really surprised that the cake turned out to be the best.
