Since my relatives were here today, I just wanted to try something different by making a rendang with lamb. Rendang is spiced with lemongrass, dried chili, galangal, most importantly coconut milk. I also used kerisik ( coconut pan fried till golden brown and then pounded till it looks like a paste) added just couple of minutes before cooking is done. For the full receipe, go

I love lamb! Add some coconut milk and I love it! I bet it tastes delicious! :)
ReplyDeleteI think it would taste better with if could combine lamb with ketupat or lemang or just plain rice! Feeling hungry already.....
